Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
